In 2022, WVCA will be awarding two achievements at the 2022 WVCA conference: the Professional Achievement Award, and the Rising Star Award.
*****NOMINATION DEADLINE FOR BOTH IS MARCH 12th of the award year.
The WVCA Professional Achievement Award is presented at the WVCA conference each spring. The award recognizes a WVCA member for his/her outstanding professional achievements and contributions in engaging volunteers in our community. WVCA will present the award recipient with a personal gift and a $100.00 donation to the charity of their choice. Your submission of this nomination is acknowledging the work and efforts of a valuable volunteer engagement professional.
The Rising Star Award: 2022 marks the first year that WVCA will honor a volunteer engagement professional with this award to recognize a WVCA member for being an emerging leader in the volunteer management field. The Rising Star award is for new volunteer engagement professionals with up to 5 years of service in the industry. WVCA will present the award recipient with a personal gift and a $100.00 donation to the charity of their choice. Submission of this nomination is acknowledging the work and efforts of a valuable emerging volunteer engagement professional.
